어쩐지 너무 춥다 싶은 요즘, 어느덧 한해도 흘러 흘러 서리가 내린다는 ‘상강’도 지났다는 사실 알고 계셨나요?
찬바람이 부는 계절에 생각나는 건 뭐다?

맛있는 음식도 참 좋지만, ‘콜록콜록’ 환절기의 불청객 바로 감기 이야기를 해볼까 합니다.
요즘은 워낙 이름도 생소한 처음 듣는 다양한 바이러스들로 인해, ‘감기 뭐 그까짓 것’하고 대수롭게 넘길 수도 있지만, 감기는 중이염을 동반할 수 있는 질병입니다.
중이염은 통증이나 현기증, 고름 등의 증세가 있기도 하지만, 무엇보다 중이염으로 인해 소리 전달이 안쇄서 나타나는 전음성 난청으로 발전할 수 있다는 점을 주의해야 합니다.
감기를 피하는 방법
*외출후 손 씻기*
*비타민이 풍부한 제철과일 많이 먹기*
*주기적인 실내 환(실내 온도는 20도 정도가 적당!)*
*충분한 휴식과 수분 보충*
